A. ORDER
1. At the site
When you place an order on the lecka.eco website, we will receive an order request. However, order requests need to go through an order confirmation step, lecka only confirms the order if your order meets the fulfillment criteria at lecka. To request quick confirmation of the order, please provide accurate and complete information regarding the delivery, or the terms and conditions of the promotion (if any) in which you participate.

2. By phone
You can contact directly via phone number 0339 050 352 from 9am to 7pm, Monday to Friday for purchase instructions.

3. Buy at Fanpage @ lecka.eco
Customer care team often answer and support customers to buy goods quickly and conveniently in the shortest time. Customers can leave a message, our staff will assist with all your requirements.


B. DELIVERY POLICY
1. Delivery range
We always support delivery in all provinces and cities across Vietnam.

2. Delivery time
Delivery time 2-5 working days.
Delivery time begins once your order is successfully confirmed by a call from our customer service staff or a confirmation email from our online store.

3. Delivery fee
Delivery fee depends on your address. It can range from 20,000 to 80,000 VND within Vietnam. Each order can only be delivered to 01 customer's address.

4. Track your order
Lecka's order processing status will be sent to the email you provided when posting. So you can check your email to see the status of your order.

5. Cancel the order
The order will be canceled after 02 times the delivery staff could not contact or deliver the goods to the customer. Refund Policy
Lecka's return/exchange policy allows customers to return one/several items in their order and can choose to receive a refund or exchange for a replacement product. However, we do have some simple requirements to make an exchange/return for you.

You can request a product exchange/return of your order for any of the reasons listed below:
- Technical error;
- Wrong product you requested (wrong product code, ...);
- Damage: the product shows signs of damage during transportation.

The following are general requirements for returns/exchanges:
- The time limit for exchange / return is 05 days from the date of receipt of goods;
- You still keep your purchase confirmation at lecka (order number, purchase invoice, delivery receipt, bank statement...);
- The product must have its original stamps, labels, and conditions intact (unless the product is defective or damaged during transportation) and the accompanying gift (if any);
- The product has no signs of being used.

2. Regulations on product return notification time
- Time for notification of return and exchange: within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the product;
- Product delivery time: within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product;
- Location, product return method: Customers can bring the product directly to our office or by post or other delivery service.
